COVID-19 and the Rotary Room

We are taking bookings for the Rotary Room on a limited basis. Please note public health measures and restrictions due to COVID-19 are in place. These include showing Proof of Vaccination and completing COVID Screening for everyone using the Rotary Room.

Rotary Room Cancellations

Bookings cancelled at least one week before the scheduled date of the event are eligible for refund minus a $10 fee.  Bookings cancelled after that point will not be refunded.

Rotary Room Rental Fees

Hourly Rate:
$15 per hour (max. 3 hours)

Personal Gatherings:
$32 (max. 4 hours)
$64 (max. 8 hours)

Businesses/Organizations:
$50 (max. 4 hours)
$100 (max 8 hours)
