Priority of service at the library is as follows:
1. Patrons in the Library
2. Patrons on the telephone
3. E-mail or letter requests
Amount of information to be given will be the same as for in-library requests (i.e. book title, title of, and page numbers in encyclopedias, almanacs, e-mail addresses, etc.)
Reserves, purchase suggestions and interlibrary loans requests will be accepted online and the email printout will be used as proof of the request.
No contest questions will be answered.
Interlibrary loan requests will go to the Interibrary Loan Librarian. All other queries, which are directly related to individual librarian's duties, will be referred to them.
