Membership has its privileges!

Your Library card gives you full access to our In-Library Collections and Digital Library Resources. Anyone 13 years of age and older may obtain a Library card after presenting Photo ID and proof of address.

Residents of Petawawa

Petawawa Public Library memberships are free to residents of the Town of Petawawa and renewed every 2 years.

To register, visit the Library in person with photo identification and documentation of your current Petawawa address.

Non-Residents

Non-residents are welcome to join the library for an annual fee of $40.00.

Teachers

Teachers may take out memberships with special privileges to support their classroom activities.

  • Valid Ontario Driver’s License
  • Delivered mail with your name and address
  • Utility Bill in your name
  • Lease Agreement in your name
  • Insurance card
  • Report Card

Confidentiality

The confidential information of library members will not be released to any person other than the library member, his/her legal guardian in the case of a juvenile member, or to any institution or agency for any reason save as may be required by federal or provincial legislation.
